Deepa joined the Commercial Property Team in October 2024 and is based at our Nottingham office.

Deepa studied Law & Psychology at De Montfort University. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2005, Deepa specialises in non contentious commercial property work for landlord and tenant matters including:

  • Lease renewals
  • Assignments
  • Surrenders
  • Variations
  • Licences
  • Rent deposits

Together with other general commercial property matters.

Deepa can fluently speak Gujarati and is happy to assist clients where needed.
