An approachable, empathetic and thorough family law solicitor
Oliver joined the Hopkins Family Law Team in 2022 and is based out of our Sutton-in-Ashfield office.
Oliver grew up in Bingham, Nottinghamshire and currently resides in Nottingham City. He studied as an undergraduate at Bangor University in North Wales and then moved on to study for the LPC at Nottingham Law School. He was a paralegal for 4 years, and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.
When asked why he chose a career in law Oliver said:
“Out of desire to help people who are struggling and who need a bit of assistance when they find themselves in a difficult situation, especially with public organisations who can seem to hold all the power.”

Hobbies
I have lived in the Nottinghamshire area most of my life, moving away only to go to university, then coming back and have been in Nottingham ever since. I enjoy walking, playing guitar, reading and socialising with friends.
