Rachel’s clients describe her as approachable and caring and say she explains things in a way that they easily understand, helping make the legal process as straight forward and painless as possible.

She grew up near Oxfordshire, attended university in Staffordshire where she received a degree in Law and has for the last 24 years has lived in Huthwaite. In 1996 she received her LPC from the University of Wales College in Cardiff, in 1999 she completed her training contract and qualified as a solicitor.

Rachel has over 25 years experience as a solicitor.  The first 6 years she worked in personal injury coal mining claims, and for the last 19 years she has worked in Wills & Probate including lasting powers of attorney, deputyships and trusts.

When asked why she chose a career in law, and decided to specialise in Wills & Estate law, she said “In all honesty, I initially wanted to be a vet! But I really enjoyed studying law and decided i I wanted to be a solicitor instead. I found that I truly enjoy helping people who are going through a bad time.

I have two grown children and I enjoy walking my dog, going to the cinema and the theatre. I love reading and binge watching sci fi series like Marvel and Disney.
