Hopkins help award winning supplies company move to new premises

Tom Stendall from Hopkins Solicitors’ Commercial Property team has helped Hall-Fast Industrial Supplies move to new premises in Mansfield.

Hopkins Commercial Property team was recommended to carry out the work by a local firm of accountants. Tom’s involvement was to investigate the property, carry out the relevant searches and enquiries, liaise with Hall-Fast’s surveyor and bank, negotiate the legal documentation and report to and advise Hall-Fast in relation to the purchase. Hopkins also handled the transactional and post completion registration elements.

Tom says “As a local Solicitor who has always lived and worked in Mansfield, it is particularly pleasing for me to work with a successful local business and to be involved in their expansion.”

Commenting on the work carried out by Hopkins, Hall-Fast’s Managing Director Malcolm Hall says “Even though Hall-Fast now exports to over 75 countries, serving the local business community is still a key factor to our future success. Using a local firm of solicitors was important to me and I found that Tom provided excellent advice. He was very approachable and made sure the purchase went through as smoothly as possible.”
