Hopkins Solicitor discusses injuries to children

Hopkins Personal Injury solicitor, Claire Lowe joined Tony Delahunty to discuss accidents and injuries to children in November’s edition of Legal Eagles.

They talked about the responsibilities that parents take on when hosting a party or event for children, such as a birthday party, and discussed a recent case where a child suffered an injury on a bouncy castle. They also discussed the timings for making claims, and how these differ to those of adults.
