How do you know it’s the right time to write your Will?
Have you ever considered making a Will?
Whether you are surrounded by loved ones, or if you are just starting to grow your family or if you are fairly isolated and have just 1 or 2 close friends. We want to make sure that those people you love, trust and depend on will receive a part of you, to help them keep your memory alive, after you leave this plain.
If the statement above feels important to you, then it is time to write your Will.
Wills are not as difficult and daunting as you may think and our staff do not fit the cold and formal stereotype that most envision when visiting a solicitor. We are friendly, accommodating and we won’t make you feel uncomfortable – we will keep the process as light-hearted as possible.
For me there is nothing worse than sitting anxiously in a solicitor’s office, not knowing what to expect, feeling awkward and vulnerable. But we are here to help put you at ease, help you feel comfortable and remind you that you are somebody that does matter.
We want you to walk away knowing and feeling that you can come and see us, a friendly face, if you ever have a problem with anything. We want to you to know that we are legal experts that you can trust to get the job done right, but we also want you to know that we chose to work for Hopkins in the local communities that we grew up in, because we also are passionate and love to help our local people.
Come in and see us at the Kirkby-in-Ashfield office located in the Morrision’s car park or ring us on 01623 688 400 to arrange an appointment.
We want you to let us know how YOU would feel most comfortable having that first conversation; over the phone, over video call or in-person at our offices where we have put safe social distancing measures in place.
And remember that we are more than happy to be flexible with the day and time you would like to talk, so if 9-5 Monday- Friday doesn’t suit you, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Remember, we are here to support you and your needs.
